Planning Meetings Across Time Zones
If you need to schedule a telephone or online meeting with someone in another time zone, things can get a little tricky. It gets even more complicated if one of the parties is on the other side of the International Date Line, or if more than two people are involved.
For a quick solution, check out The World Clock Meeting Planner. Simply select the desired date and up to four locations, and you can generate a table showing what time it will be in each location at any given hour, with color coding to indicate normal business and sleeping hours. You can then scan the table to find the time that will be most convenient for all participants.
