Are You Controlling Your Business?
Did you know that if you are not monitoring your business income on a weekly basis, that you are not in control of it? I don't mean just looking at what you made either. Rather, there are specific "conditions" that describe the status of any tracked statistic that you use--or should use--to manage your business. We teach our clients what these conditions are, how to assign a condition accurately based on their "numbers", and how to apply the formulas that we are licensed to distribute. If you don't look at how much you are making, spending, and producing on a weekly basis, you are not really controlling your business. Too Busy To Get Organized?
Did You Know…
...that if you are "too busy" to improve your business or dedicate time to fix what is not working--you should just quit now! You'll save yourself a lot of time and stress. I often hear "I don't have enough time to meet with you" or "I don't have time to dedicate 10 hours to do a program". What you are really saying is "I don't have time to improve or fix my business" or perhaps "I want to complain about how it's not working, blame it on the economy or some other excuse instead of figuring out what the problem is and fixing it so I can be successful."

Negative or Positive
I recently was talking to a colleague of mine regarding seminars and meetings. He expressed that while he wanted to help people, it seemed that many of them did not want help, and instead, just seemed to "suck" the energy out of him. Indeed, there are people who we can help and there are people who are not ready to be helped, though they may say they want help. Those who are willing to take responsibility for their situation are the people who are going to benefit from your help. Those who blame others for their condition, not taking responsibility themselves, and who want someone else to handle the entire problem are not ready yet.
