Meet Professional Organizer Jana Hartwell

Jana began her organizing business in 1998 and is a proud member of NAPO.

Jana's AA in Speech/Communications has enhanced her ability to make lasting organizational changes with her clients -- breaking down ideas and expressing them in a way the client can easily absorb and assimilate. Jana's BA in Business Management allows her even greater insight into the particular organizing needs of small businesses and corporations.

Her history of working in several different types of businesses and in a variety of positions -- from executive assisting, project management and private investigations -- has made it easy for Jana to quickly evaluate any situation, determine an appropriate course of action and create sensible organizing solutions for her clients.

Jana has been recognized for her expert organizing abilities -- as a Golden Circle member of NAPO and also serving two years as Past President and three years in other Board capacities for the NAPO-San Diego Chapter. She has also appeared several times on San Diego's Ch. 10 and has been a guest on "Mom's Town" internet radio show.

Jana works according to a very simple philosophy -- change the habits that created the problem and your problem well be solved forever.

Jana's greatest organizing strengths are her ability to inspire hope in her clients by helping them to see the potential for beauty and order in any chaotic situation. Her clients experience dramatic results during their very first session with Jana.

In her own words -- "My goal is to help smart, busy people make room for what they really LOVE in their lives. Removing the creativity-blocking clutter and setting up organized systems results in peace of mind, self-respect and freedom to be spontaneous."
