Simply fill at the beginning of the week, and take one section of pills each day.

The Weekly Medication Chart — By Time is designed for a more complicated medication routine 1 allowing you to list multiple meds in the order they are to be taken for the entire week. It also has a system for tracking which medications you have already taken: simply write meds to take in black pen and mark over the dosage in red pen once you have taken it.

The reverse side of each chart includes important emergency information — personal info, and who to contact.
