There is a Mental Shift Occurring

Right now across the U.S. there is a mental shift occurring from the lazy, relaxed days of summer to the school is starting, summer is over, we need to get serious, we need to get organized!

The beginning of September brings a big spike of organizing projects. People step back inside their homes again and think I need to make some changes!

Before starting any office or home organizing project, you need to determine: What is Your Driver, What is Your Payoff? For example:

I need more time
I want to make more money
I need to reduce my stress
I want to spend less time on administrative items and more time on revenue building items
I need to delegate better
I want to help my middle-schooler get better grades
I want to make better use of my time, talents, and skills

Once you determine your driver, use it as motivation throughout the organizing project.
