Blog: The Pile High Club--how NOT to become a member
Even Charles Schwab is On Board!
I have an account with Charlie Schwab and my recent statement came in an 8.5" x 11" envelope, the back of which read:
"Too much stuff? Get 10 years of statements stored online, not in your garage. One more reason to go paperless at schwab.com/paperless."
I LOVED this. I always recommend that my home office clients (the ones drowning in a deluge of paper who get an automatic membership card to the Pile High Club) pay their bills online. Less mail coming in = less paper to read, handle, recycle and store. My husband and I pay all our bills online and thus receive very few statements in the mail (this also helps assuage my identity theft phobia of people stealing my statements out of my mailbox).
It was just delightful to see that Charles Schwab now also offers this service AND that they offer to store 10 years of statements for you—just for those folks who swear "they might need them one day."

They are located in Tampa, very near me, but they deliver/ship nationally. They have THE BEST toffee EVER. It's buttery, salty, sweet--all my favorite things in one bite.
