Happy Anniversary to Me!!!

It's been one year and one month (fifty six posts) since I started blogging for Online Organizing...

I am not going to lie... this year was a roller coaster for our family... ups and downs... downs some more and then up again. We are now on an up swing right now and I am sure glad I have had OOO to keep me going! Here are two things I have learned in the last year (taking stock and all):

1. Consistency is nice... Last year we started this move (actually right around when I started blogging for OOO), and now, having landed in our new home I can say that I have really appreciated the consistency of writing for this blog. Having this outlet has been a huge blessing and writing about creativity, memories and things that make me happy was a real perk!

2. Do what you love... I love being creative and I love sharing my creativity with others. If it's paper crafts, organizing, scrapbooking, DIY projects, home improvements, or even writing... do what you love and surround yourself with it. When you are knee deep in things that make you happy... it sure makes the rough patches not seem so bad.
