How to display kids art work... AGAIN?
Can you tell I have kids?
I talk about this enough that you are probably getting sick of hearing me go on... however, this is a common question I am asked when working with clients who have kids. HOW DO I DISPLAY AND KEEP ALL THE ARTWORK? Don't get me wrong, I even struggle with knowing what to keep. I use a clipboard.
I found mine at a scrap store a few years back and a friend complimented it last weekend. Then I saw it again in a catalog, so I thought I would share one of my finds.
The ever popular clipboard. I kind of like this one here, from Pottery Barn, because it's also a chalk board.
The benefits of a clipboard like this is you can hang and display artwork in your home, without having to frame it. It's ever changing and really can be a stylish addition to a family room or common space (ours hangs in the kids bonus room).
I think I found mine for about $15, and it was a 15x15 size board. Pottery Barn Kids retails for... sorry... $39, but I am sure you could shop around for the best deal. If you check local craft stores, you might have some luck finding one a little more affordable.
