How to Cut the Fat and Make Yourself the Focal Point

You've heard it before. Put on your own oxygen mask before attempting to assist others. When was it exactly that you noticed your mask had slipped?
Was it when you realized that your idea of balance was driving with one hand, and talking on your cell phone while eating fast food with the other?

Perhaps it was when you looked at all of the clutter on your kitchen table and counters, the stacks lining the entry way and stairs. You may have even contemplated tossing everything out the window!

Maybe it was when you had to work late again.

Perhaps it was when you realized that you have more on your To Do list than years left in your life to get it done?

Or even worse, it may have happened when you found out you had no time left for yourself, your family and basically everything in life that you love to do.

Disorganization can actually trap you into living a life filled with stress, frustration and chaos. It can rob you of the precious time you should be spending enjoying your life.

It's time to tip those scales in the other direction - and make yourself the focal point of YOUR life!
Start today with a decision to cut the "fat" from your life - mentally, physically, and environmentally.
Use this 3 step ACTion strategy:
  1. Adapt and Adjust your Attitude
  2. Create your own simple plan to Cope and Cut the fat from your life
  3. Take baby steps consistently every day
