What an opportunity, to write a blog on New Year's Eve…what a way to reflect on the past year. Did I meet the expectations I had this same day a year ago? While I may not have gotten to everything on the list, I do know that the work I did in 2009 put in place a great foundation in which the other components can now follow. Small achievements give way to big confidence.
