Blog: Use Your Space & Conquer Office Workflow
Quicken as a Tool for Change
In addition to space and paper organizing, I also do Financial Organizing. Prior to being a Professional Organizer, I was a Project Manager working with ERP financial management software for large companies. I "get" debits and credits.
In December and January, I receive the most requests for financial organizing services. I've been using Quicken software user for 17 years, and I'm not that old…I'm still in the under 40 crowd. I focus on managing your cash flow – what are your income and expenses? Are you making enough money to cover your expenses, and how are you spending your money?
If you want full financial planning, you'll need to speak with my husband, the Certified Financial Planner, but Quicken is a good way to begin to get basic control and knowledge of your finances. If your goal is to better manage your money in 2010, consider Quicken as your financial tool.
