Mastering the practice of starting over
It happens to all of us. You start the New Year with a fresh attitude and vows to change those old bad habits. By the time mid-February rolls around no doubt you've been thrown off track and your "bad behavior" has returned in full force – and you get lost in anxiety and your emotional stories. We will never be perfect and there will always be obstacles.
Begin the practice of starting over and shift your focus to doing what you can as well as you can – without the guilt – and you'll ignite your energy and create motivation.
