Blog: Clearing The Clutter
How Good Is Your Memory?
On a daily basis, most of us need to remember an average of 50-75 individual things; appointments, errands, phone calls, documents. No wonder we are going crazy! And, its not a surprise that we forget things, because our brain is bogged down with too much stuff!
Make life easier for yourself by organizing your thoughts. How do you do that? Easy! Start keeping a "To Do" list. By taking the information out of your head and putting it down on paper, you're leaving that space in your noggin' open for more important things.
Having a "To Do" list helps you organize your day/week better. You can plan ahead to see where you're going to be when, so you're not driving around all over the place!
Now, let's see, where did I put my "To Do" list anyway?!
Have a great week everyone! In the meantime, visit my website at www.clutterdoctor.com for more info!
