 7 Ways to Nourish The Authentic You

1. The relationship you have with yourself is the most valuable relationship in your life. All other relationships mirror this core connection.
2. The foundation of positive relationships is built on Aligned Values and Unconditional Love.
3. Filter all of your decisions through your core values. If there is a disconnect take the time to discover why. Then find out what you have to do to be in alignment with your truth.
4. Self-talk is critical. Are the conversations you have with yourself positive, negative or neutral? Remember you teach others how to treat you by how you treat yourself.
5. Be your biggest advocate. If you believe you can do it, then you will. Tell yourself, "someone has to do it. Why can't it be me?"
6. To connect authentically with someone, give freely and expect nothing in return.
7. Listen when someone tells you who they are the first time. Respect who they are and what they are about. Ask yourself if this is a person who brings value to your life.
