The New You – You Need a System
January is Get Organized (GO) Month. I believe getting organized is one of the top 3 New Year's resolutions. If your personal resolution is to keep your office more organized in 2011, sorting and purging old papers is a good activity; however, establishing systems to handle the complexities of modern life will give you more bang for your buck.
Now is a good time to establish and begin a new system. A system will keep you from getting into the trouble you may be feeling now. If you have set-aside time to get organized, dedicate specific time to establishing new processes. Here are some common activities related to the office where people can benefit from having a system:
