Time & Action Item Management Software
In Julie Morgenstern's book Time Management from the Inside Out, all tasks should be assigned a "when." I've been searching for personal software which allows you to easily assign tasks to a specific hour (not just a specific day). Two that I've found so far are:
-
GTDagenda – I also like the feature of setting up Time Maps (they show an example of a student). Time Maps are a personal guideline or template which identifies time for core activities and provides a framework for daily decision making
-
PlanPlus Online – The best feature is personal project management. You can quickly identified tasks for projects and easily assign them to an hour in your calendar
If you have other time management software that you love, please share!
