NAPO Conference Product Highlights for Moms!
I'm a regular blogger for organizing offices, but I'm also the mom of two elementary school kids. I'm taking a break this week from blogging about offices to blogging about mom stuff. I just got back from the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO's) annual conference, and these were the mom items that I found and got excited about:
-
MomAgenda.com – Planners, calendars, notepads, etc. just for moms. I finally found the item that I've been looking for: Permission Slip Pads. I swear, almost every week one of my kids is not leaving school the "normal way," so they need a permission slip. I'll be using it to be efficient in writing all my notes for playdates, scouts, doctor appointments, after-school practices, etc. They also have mutliple meal planning pads
-
OfficeCandy.com – Fun and attractive office products. They have some new products that they will be launching next week such as the folding step stool with kid-friendly colors and designs. The one I just bought from them (product sneak preview) looks soooo much better in my kid's bathroom then the black version I used to have
-
Organizables – System to organize kid's clothes especially for travel. I preach this concept of clothes organization because it reduces stress at home and on the road. In the past I've used a similar system by Packtoozi which has been hugely beneficial. Now that they are getting a little bigger, Organizables will accommodate my growing kids
