Law Offices
Law Offices are probably the most difficult office spaces to organize. Lawyers have a tendency (and need) to make multiple copies of everything.
Organizing an office such as this requires a lot of filing cabinets and a system that everyone in the office can follow. Having an index at the front of each file cabinet can be helpful if multiple people need to access the files. Also, use "out cards" to mark the space when you remove a file. This will make it easy to return the file to its place, as well as let other people in the office know who has the file.
