Are You Do-It-Yourself-er
I love Martha Stewart. Not just love her like I love my kids... love her for all the she gives to us in the most creative and personal way. I watched one of her MARTHA STEWART:CRAFTS programs on the DIY channel (which is new by the way) recently and she made a decoupage table (with Rosie O'Donnell), a detailed photo frame for a friend and then a faux leather box.
It truly amazes me how she comes up with these ideas.
Some other shows I have recently found quite interesting on DIY and HGTV (two channels that I could literally lay on the sofa and watch all day and night) were Craft Lab, (of course a staple in my family) The Carol Duvall Show, From Junky to Funky and Uncommon Threads.
The nice thing is that you don't have to have cable to enjoy what the DIY Network has to offer. If you check out their website you would be amazed at all the ideas, program information and projects that are listed. Sometimes when I see something that I just know I could do something crafty with it I make sure to check out the website for ideas.
Things like glass jars, boxes or baskets and especially photo frames are just a few of my weaknesses in getting crafty.
