Blog: The Organized & Happy Scrapper the power of limits I was browsing at Target yesterday, when I stumbled upon the clearance rack. (What women isn't attracted to the clearance rack like a bug to a bright light? Not this one, that's for sure.) While perusing the sale items, I suddenly realized I was in the maternity section.
