Terms Of Agreement - Coach Referrals

www.OnlineOrganizing.com is a service mark of Bradford, LLC (hereinafter known as "Bradford").

PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This agreement governs all interactions related to the distribution of referrals for individual Professional Coaches through this website.

LIMITED LIABILITY

The provision of referrals for professional coaching services is offered by Bradford as a service to the client. Bradford assumes no responsibility for the actions of or services provided by any professional referred through this service. Bradford disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the products or services sold by other companies and purchased through this website including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or arising by statute, law, or trade dealing or usage.

REFERRALS

Bradford' role in this transaction is to provide an introduction to qualified Professional Coaches who are members. Bradford will match the client's needs to the coach's qualifications, based on the profile information submitted by both parties. Bradford assumes no responsibility for the quality of the match between organizer and coach, and does not guarantee the results of any working relationship with an coach referred through this website. When a request for a referral is received, the client will be sent a list of up to 4 Professional Coaches who provide the appropriate services. Those coaches will also be sent the client's name and contact information for follow-up purposes. References for each coach are available through Bradford. However, Bradford makes no representations or warranties as to the skill or qualifications of the coaches it refers.

CLIENT-COACH RELATIONSHIP

The client accepts all responsibility for interviewing the prospective coach, investigating his/her background, and obtaining a full understanding of the coach's fees, policies, and qualifications prior to beginning work with the coach. Any disputes, including but not limited to service, billing, professional conduct, legal concerns, or other performance-related issues, must be handled between the client and the coach. Bradford assumes no responsibility for the actions of the coach beyond the initial introduction.

COMPLAINTS

If the client feels a coach has provided poor service, he/she may submit a complaint to Bradford, to be considered when reviewing the inclusion of that coach in our referral list. All complaints should be submitted either by e-mail or mailed to www.OnlineOrganizing.com / P.O. Box 655 / Jackson, GA. 30233. With the exception of the foregoing, Bradford disclaims all liability for the activities of the coach. Any other sanctions against the coach are the responsibility of the client.

AGREEMENT

By submitting this referral request, the client acknowledges, understands, and accepts these terms of agreement.
