TIPS FOR USING YOUR TABS
If you don't like one of the preprinted tabs that are part of your set flip it over! It is blank on the back so you can customize a category.
Don't feel confined to one binder. If you have a lot of paper, break out the tabs into two or more binders and call them #1 and #2.
Put odd sized papers in plastic sleeves designed to protect documents and then place the sleeves in a binder. This is a great trick for warranties, user manuals, etc.
File papers in your binder on a set schedule: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Buy clear-view binders so you can slip a label in the spine of the binder that identifies that binder and can be clearly seen when the binder sits on a shelf.
If you don't have shelving space for your binders, you can buy binders that have retractable hanging posts so you can hang the binders with your hanging file folders.
