To check the STATUS of your order, simply log in using your invoice number beginning with the letter "I" (eye) and the email address you gave us when you placed your order. You will be able to view your order status and see the shipping and tracking information for each item. You may also report a PROBLEM with your order directly from this section. If you would like to speak to one of our staff members directly about your order, you may CALL us directly at 877-251-8435, M-F from 9-4 EST if we are on the other line, please leave a detailed message along with your return phone number and the best time of day to reach you (we try to return all calls by the end of the next business day).
